With a 1/2 of beef you will get x lbs of hamburger, x of ribeye's, x new york strips, x sirloin, x roasts. Our meat is either vacuum sealed or paper wrapped.
 
Prices are created based on weight and processing fees. Weight is $1,200 of meat & $260 for processing. $1,460 for the bundle.
 
If picking up please bring 2 large coolers. Once you get it home put in deep freeze immediately for safe consumption.
