1/4 BEEF
With a 1/4 of beef you get approx 150lbs of meat.  Cuts can be determined by calling processor - some options include, hamburger, roasts, steaks, ribs, meat sticks & MORE.  Our meat is either vacuum sealed or paper wrapped.
$4.50/lb based on hanging weight - processing is not included.
 
If picking up please bring a large cooler or 2 coolers for this size. Once you get it home put in deep freeze immediately for safe consumption.
