With a whole beef you will get x lbs of hamburger, x of ribeye's, x new york strips, x sirloin, x roasts. Our meat is either vacuum sealed or paper wrapped.

If picking up please bring 4-5 large coolers. Once you get it home put in deep freeze immediately for safe consumption.
